Terms and Conditions 24cuci — Rules & Policies Malaysia Betting Platform

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs all aspects of the use of the 24cuci platform including the website, mobile app, games, payment services and any content provided by 24cuci. These Terms are effective from the date you register an account or use any platform services, whichever is earlier.

By registering an account with 24cuci, you expressly state that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates made in the future.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate and complete.

Use of the 24cuci platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration. 24cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account that cannot verify age eligibility.
• Identity: You must use your real identity. Registration using a false name, another person's identity or misleading information is prohibited.
• One Account: Each individual is only allowed to own one registered account. If you have multiple accounts, 24cuci reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any accumulated balance or winnings.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account including password and login information. 24cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account if found to occur due to your own negligence.

Account security matters you must comply with:

• Do not share passwords or login information with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect suspicious activity in your account.
• Log out of your account after finishing a gaming session, especially on shared devices.

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, valid Malaysian passport, or other official government-issued identification. The KYC process is usually completed within 24 hours on business days.

All financial transactions on the 24cuci platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods. Certain methods may have different minimum limits as stated on the deposit page.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 20 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Currency: All transactions on the 24cuci platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated for crypto methods.
• Payment Methods: FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, direct bank transfer and USDT (crypto) accepted.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method as your last deposit, or to a bank account verified in your own name. 24cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 24cuci are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated with each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users according to the conditions set for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before bonus balance or winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Each user is only allowed to claim each type of bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• 24cuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

Use of the 24cuci gaming platform is subject to the following rules:

• All games use random number generators (RNG) that have been independently verified. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of technical errors, connection disruptions, or system malfunctions during a game session, 24cuci reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the user.
• Winnings resulting from software errors, bugs or technical glitches that should not have occurred are invalid and will not be paid.
• Use of any bot software, automation tools, or other methods to play unfairly is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting, all confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once the match has started, except in circumstances specifically stated in the platform's betting rules.

24cuci users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of profane, threatening, or abusive language towards other users or customer support staff.
• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen credit card or bank account information.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
• Spreading false information about the 24cuci platform on any public channel.
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal actual location for prohibited purposes.

24cuci reserves the right to take immediate action including suspension or closure of accounts without notice against any user who violates these rules of conduct.

User accounts may be closed under the following circumstances:

• At the user's request: You may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any legitimate balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.
• Closure for responsible gaming: You may request self-limits, temporary breaks or self-exclusion through the account settings page or customer support.
• Closure by the platform: 24cuci reserves the right to close accounts that violate any part of these Terms. In cases of serious violation such as fraud, balances and winnings may be forfeited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 24cuci shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses that occur as a result of game outcomes, whether winning or losing.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control including internet infrastructure failure, natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from user negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party information displayed on the platform.

In all circumstances, 24cuci's maximum liability to any user for any claim is limited to the amount of net deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

24cuci reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business needs, legal changes or platform enhancements. All amendments will:

• Published on the Terms and Conditions page with a clear effective date.
• Notified to registered users via in-platform notice or email.
• Effective 7 days after the date of notification, unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
